Does anyone have any book recommendations for books that discuss Japanese war and operational planning?

Thanks in advance.

"Shattered Sword: The Untold Story of the Battle of Midway" Discusses Japanese strategy on an operational level. Great book on Midway.

"Japan 1941" by Eri Hotta. Not specifically war planning, but very much about the politics of how the war came about.

Japanese war planning involved as I recall a ton of politics – Army vs Navy vs internal cliques

Shattered Sword is a great book!
