link The idea of this is to provide a simple campaign mechanism which will make sure that a solo player is under 'time pressure' from major actors within the campaign background :-)

This is just a one off you can add to anything :-) I've not yet got a modern campaign system that I'm entirely happy with. Probably because if pressed it consists of a bunch of unconnected nice ideas that would fit with anything :-)
