Irregular makes 42mm.

Triguard makes French, Brits and Hanoverians, all infantry. Some cavalry in the AWI range that is suitable too.

More to come in that space, but just a bit early for any further disclosures yet.

Sash and saber and some of the AWI range from front rank might also work.

You can make your own semi-flats with moulds from Prince August. They're designed for lead but I successfully produced some plastic ones. Obviously this means you're sticking with PA for everything, but I feel it gives a nice 'retro' feel and plan to play the games with 'Charge' rules

Go with what Phillius mentioned, Triguard Miniatures. Also, you can get some SYW figures out of the 40mm Front Rank AWI range as Titchmonster mentioned.

Chris Parker (https://chrisparkergames.com) has an extensive line of 3D resin printed figures. He offers them in 28mm, 40mm, and 54mm scales. I recently picked up some SYW Spanish Grenadiers. The figures are clean, detailed, and take VJ paints just fine.
