Managed to paint up a few of Total Battle Miniatures villages for my various projects. These are pretty cool because you can drop in different buildings onto the templates to make villages for whatever period and theatre you are gaming. These are from the 6mm range and I intend to use them for 10mm (as you can see a 10mm cavalry unit racing thru the Russian Hamlet). I've neglected my scenery and terrain too long so I'm trying to make amends.

Thank you for the reminder.
I must paint the ones the family bought for Christmas 2022.

Well painted! The village with interchangeable buildings concept seem attractive too. But unless I'm missing something, the manufacturers aren't giving me the sort of information I'd need to buy, say, three village bases and buildings from three periods for each.

Robert, the website is a bit confusing. I forgot how I bought them the first go-round and got frustrated the other day when I decided I wanted to order more.

Under "scenic tiles", you can find the various base templates: link and these have the dimensions of the building recesses so you then go to whatever period you want and buy the buildings that will fit in the recesses of that particular base.

Hope that helps some.

That should do it! Thank you Prince Alberts Revenge.

I have so,e of their buildings, and a village base tile, and they are wonderful castings and sculpts.
