Someone has been to the Dollar Tree. I bought 8 or 10 assorted "houses" that may, one day, see the light of day. |

I think I've seen those in fairy gardens on back porches. Don't recall where though. Made me think of this. Some people in town have a partial stump that they've put a roof, a door a window and a porch on and surrounded it with a flower bed. They have a gnome smoking a pipe standing on the porch looking out over the flower bed. For the last 2 weeks the gnome has been lying flat on its belly in the flower bed. I've thought about taking one of those small souvenir, moonshine jugs, you get in those Tennessee mountain roadside stands, and sitting it down beside the Gnome.🥴 😉 |

We have a number of walks that crisscross through our neighborhood. There's a little stand of trees at one intersection of two of these walks. A couple of summers ago, someone added tiny doors and windows at the base of one of the trees. It wasn't long before other trees at the spot sported similar elements. Soon there was a tiny white picket fence with a flower garden and a fairy castle, and even a strand of little LED lights. Alas, the fairies have since moved on and the village has vanished, but I suspect they may return. Fairies have a way of doing that. |

Yes 79th to Dollar Tree, and Dollar General, a local similar store. 35th, that's essentially what these are supposed to represent. Parzival that's very sweet, it's nice to live in a place where people can do nice things. Bunkermeister |

I'm going to stop by Dollar Store. I could use those for my Santa game. |
