Nice pics and good note about the Jerry cans – I remember reading that the Brits estimated that 20% of the fuel unloaded at Alexandria was lost by the time it got to front line units because of their leaky fuel containers – British tankers loved to 'borrow' German Jerry cans

I saw a comment on your blog about Chaffees in the movie Battle of the Bulge. Chaffees also featured prominently in the movie – Bridge at Remagen.
