German naval forces defend near Bremen and Hamburg, 1945. They were some of the last troops under arms, forming a lifeguard unit to Doenitz's rump Nazi government after the surrender.

U-boat crews exchanged their torpedos for Panzerfausts. British 11th and 7th Armoured Divisions engaged in actions with them.

Mark says the British were impressed with the naval soldiers, nicknaming them the 'blue SS'.
