Hi all, Is anyone else waiting for an order of Siocast/Ultracast produced miniatures to be fulfilled by the PSC? I placed an order on 16th December 2023. In late January 2024 I emailed for an update on the order and was told that "it's in the production queue and will ship as soon as ready" but here we are and still no order. I've tried emailing an Anita Beros as per the contact email address given on the website but my last two emails have bounced back as her inbox is apparently full. Is the company in trouble? Should I be worried?? Thanks |

I remember reading something about them moving nearby to a larger building, earlier this year. If you're on Facebook I would contact them there. I do know they had a problem with a printer for the next book for Battlegroup Rules and the printer closed up shop without telling them, so they had to look for a different printer. Which they did and finally found another recently. I wouldn't worry but I would try to contact them on Facebook though. |

I have been trying to contact them by phone and email for the past several days to update the shipping address for an order and have had zero luck. Has anyone successfully contacted them or received an order from them recently? |

They posted in their 'news' section of their website that their Siocast machine was broken (08/12/23), and that they are unable to produce Siocast until further notice. |

As my order still hadn't arrived I recently emailed Anita at PSC who kindly responded and offered a refund which I accepted and has now been repaid. I do hope that their Siocast machine returns to full working order in due course. |

Half a year on, one is forced to wonder if they'll ever get the machine working again. |

Maybe it's siocast having issues. I wondered how long until the novelty wore off and the day to day got too much. |

I am waiting on some 3D prints since 21 April 24. I realize that stuff happens but aren't they responsible to communicate with their customers? Tonight, I sent a second follow-up email requesting status on my order. Nearing 2 months and no communications. Did not order Siocast items. I will wait a few more days but if still no communication, I will apply for a refund thru Pay Pal as well as submit a complaint about such poor service. It should be easy to communicate with one's customers these days if the company truly wants repeat business. |
