Today we had a 1916 period game of Wings of Glory, and it was a good time to try my new Nieuport 16. If you want to see how it went please go to my blog at this link

Great writeup with plenty of pics. Always nice to see some DH-2s in action, I've always had a sweet spot for the Pusher aircraft. Was wondering when that balloon was going to come into action! It's been ages (before the introduction of the aircraft IIRC) since I played Wings of Glory but it's an excellent game. I am getting ready to paint up some Tumbling Dice early WW1 aircraft sometime in 2024. Thanks for the battle report! |

Thanks P.A.R.! – we always have fun with this game too. I am actually looking for a balloon, but not at the prices they are currently on offer for!!! |
