One of our readers asks:

Dayton Painting Consortium gone as well?

Well, the website is still here, but hasn't been updated in four years: dpcltdcom.org

I know we don't list them in our Painting Services Directory any more, which probably means they're gone.

Anyone know anything?

They are still around. I don't know if they are still a brush-for-hire, but they sell figures and flags. They set up at the SYW Con.

I seem to have a memory of their booth at either Fall In or Historicon. A small one, which I recall their flags hanging.
I could be mistaken though…………..

Saw them at last year's SYWA convention. No one looked dead. Never tried hiring them to paint anything.

Dry is a friend on Facebook. We chat often.
He was at the Siege of Augusta Georgia show in January.

They were at Cinycon this weekend. Bought some paint and minis from them I really like Dave and Rich. I have known them for about 40 years. Great prices and lovely painted figures and flags for sale!

Thanks

John

They're on the list to be at Little Wars outside of Chicago this year, also.
