In D&D, an Orc Chieftain/King is typically bigger and stronger, than most of his subjects -- it's how they became the Chief/King! In game terms, they are typically stat'ed as bigger monsters, such as an Ogre. Make him their leader/hero, and, Boom! Bob's his uncle! LOL! Cheers!
