People often confuse Steve Jackson of those books with Steve Jackson of Steve Jackson Games.

Made worse because Steve Jackson of Steve Jackson games was hired by Steve Jackson of FFG books (and GW of course) to write a couple of FFG books!

I was confused by it, back in the day. Not that it really mattered. Both Steve Jacksons made/make great stuff.
