I was curious if there is a source for STLs for 3d printing Ancients flats?

I'd like to run some of Tony Bath's Ancients rules using flats, though I do not care if they are vintage or even metal.

Thanks!

I suppose you could just print the 'front half' of a 3D figure? grin

I'm not sure flats make a lot of sense in the 3Dprinting environment. Have you considered paper minis instead?

I can see lots of advantages with 3D printed flats. for bigger scales. While they need painting there is no need for cutting out the shapes so a lot less hassle. I have 3D Tree flats I use for my 3D games as its far faster than cutting out flats and they store in far less space than 3D trees. Alas I can't help supply STL's for figures.

I would love 3D printed flats (vertical) for some of my 1/144 modern troops, however the gun barrels would be to small to be practical, hence it seems unacceptable for less than about 1/72 scale. Oversize circus freaks, flat or 3D are a personal no no. Over scale detail is not something I willingly tolerate but hey we are all different.
