I believe these will be the same types as the GHQ wagons set. So a choice of vendors, but not really a variety of types.

Horse caissons for guns are available a couple of ways.
First, the GHQ Soviet kit with 45mmATG / 76.2mmIG and Komsomolets tractors comes with caissons that are effectively identical to the Soviet horse-drawn caissons of the WW2 era. So add some horses (and the seated figures from the Komsomolets tractors) and voila:
Second, both GHQ and H&R (an other vendors too, I expect) offer horse-drawn artillery sets. GHQ provides both German 105mm artillery and Polish (French) 75mm guns with horse-limbers. And here, for example, is H&R's French horse-drawn 75mm gun set:
I have also experimented in kit-bashing other smaller carts. Here for example is a cart created from the GHQ US Army trailers set, using the 1/2t trailer for jeeps (please don't read too much into it -- it was just a quick experiment):
I am planning to also create some small carts from the GHQ Polish Taczanka kits. But that's just in the "some day soon" list…
