I received this set of small prehistoric animal toys from Amazon. link

Most of the animals are post K-T extinction, with one creature; estemmenosuchus dating to the Permian. In general, the miniatures fit well with 10 mm-15 mm figures.I'm sure to buy more sets. Along with the Permian therapsid, the set contains Andrewsarchus, Paraceratherium, uintatherium, megacerops, arsinotherium, chalicotherium, daeodon, deinitherium, smilodon, wooly mammoth, and the terror bird kelenken. No painting or basing required but should beeasy enough if it suits your tastes.

Unusual collection.

These were originally made by CollectA. Along with these nice mammals, I have several of their mini dinosaur models that work great with 10-15 mm figures.

I assume the mammoth is smaller than it should be?

rvandusen01 Mar 2024 9:25 a.m. PST

Yes, the mammoth and deinotherium are proportionally smaller to fit in the package. The mammoth is around 1:100 while deinotherium is more 1:144.
