I had a Creality 3D resin printer (it was a gift actually) and it produced some good quality stuff, but it recently self-destructed and I am looking for another one (that I'll have to buy with my own money). Looking for good print quality, reliability, decent customer service, and a price in the $400 USD range. I've been looking at Anycubic, but I'd love to get the recommendations of the people here.

Thanks!

Elegoo has incredible customer service. I own multiple FDM and Resin printers from them. The Saturns are quite good. They are in that price range. I believe they have an 8k Saturn now.

Thanks

John

I'll second the Elegoo line, you really can't go wrong with any of them

Totally happy with my Elegoo Saturn 2. Probably 2k figures and ships in past year with no human originated problems.

Happy with my Anycubic Mono but it is now old tech! Many of the newer models are really plug and play these days. Can't go wrong with either Anycubic or Elegoo IMO. If you want a larger print surface the Saturn line seems to be the standard as you can see from the responses.

I have an older Anycubic: it's works well and has never been temperamental.

If I were to buy a new one, I would get a Photon Mono M5s Pro

Different experience here, I got an Elegoo Saturn 2 late last year. Close to 50% of my prints had issues resulting in lots of vat cleaning, filtering of the resin. And punctured FEP sheets. However, when it worked, it did produce nice prints. Ive tried at least 50 prints with it. I tried various resin makes and styles as well as various slicing software and setting adjustments. I finally threw in the towel and purchased an Anycubic Photon Mono 2. Cost me less than half the price of the Saturn 2 and has been super easy to use and I reliably get great prints.
