Someone was looking for Land of the Lost type minis and stated he was unsure how to game them. So this is an attempt to spit-ball some gameable scenario ideas:

1. Sneaking past the Sleestaks – place markers around the table, each turn move them in semi random directions. As you traverse the table, try to avoid them. Once spotted, the markers could be a squad, a single Sleestak, or nothing. The single might be worth capturing, or not.

2. Same as above, but there is a resource to steal or harvest and return to your table entry.

3. Ambushes, both player setting up the ambush or getting ambushed.

4. Straight up fight, probably a probe against a Sleestak base, looking for weak points

5. Intel gathering, approach an area and spend X turns collecting info then returning.

6. Rafting / racing – more of a chase type scenario to see if the family can get away from the Sleestak

7. Dino hunting, because, why not?

It's been so long since I've seen any episodes, I can't think of any other ideas.

Apparently there were only three Sleestak costumes plus the leader dude. They just edited to make to seem like there were many more.

Thanks for the suggestions Styrdog. I was thinking of using Rattrap's Fantastic Worlds (or 45 Adventures).

I do indeed have those Sleestaks. There are also these:

I'm still looking for figs for Rick Marshall, Will, and Holly. Plus Pakuni.

Oh. And Uncle Jack.

I still have the hots for Holly.

Thanks!
Had not seen her since the show. Not bad.

I used to love that show. And a lot of big name Sci-Fi authors wrote for it, Larry Niven for one.

Just watched the first episode, it's cute.

Really calls for making your own dinos out of Fimo for the claymation look!

I've ordered some heroclix I can modify for the Marshals.

I'm really coming up empty for the pakuni.
