We have talked repeatedly about our open borders. We just had a beautiful young 22 year young lady murdered by an illegal alien at the University of Georgia. She had her life before her. She planned on being a nurse. Her life and future was snuffed out in minutes and it was all so preventable. She is not the first, nor the second nor even the third, she was only one of many needless and senseless murders and alcoholic related deaths in our country committed by illegal aliens. Deaths that were easily preventable, if the federal government ONLY did their job and controlled our borders! This murderer was an illegal from Venezuela, released into the public because the government said there was not enough room in the detention center in 2022. His brother with a long criminal record, is also here and has been released multiple times into the public. Subject: Illegal migrant from Venezuela is arrested for murder of UGA nursing student Laken Riley: Was released from CBP custody because of overcrowding link Subject: Brother of UGA murder suspect charged with green card fraud, officials say | Fox News link Subject: Laken Riley is Latest American Woman Allegedly Killed by Illegal Alien link It IS the responsibility of the federal government to control this. The Supreme Court has said as much. Subject: Supreme Court says Texas can't block feds from the border link The POTUS issued multiple executive orders on day one, making it easier for illegals to enter and stay in our country. The numbers of illegals from 2020 onwards, are clear evidence of their lack of effort and negligence, IMO and many others. Just 8 of those orders: "Jan 20, 2021: President Biden terminated the National Emergency at the Southwest border (Proclamation 9844), thereby halting emergency construction of a border wall. 1. Jan 20, 2021: President Biden issued an Executive Order (EO) further entrenching the unlawful Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. With his action, President Biden directed the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Attorney General, "to preserve and fortify DACA", signaling to illegal aliens that his Administration supports amnesty and that illegal aliens need not fear coming to the U.S. or worry about immigration enforcement.
Jan 20, 2021: President Biden unveiled the U.S. Citizenship Act, which would provide amnesty to millions of illegal aliens in the U.S., demonstrating intent to reward illegal border crossers with a path to citizenship. Jan 20, 2021: President Biden revoked Trump-era Executive Order that was designed to ensure there was meaningful enforcement of U.S. immigration laws. Jan 20, 2021: The Administration issued an Executive action ending limitations and restrictions against immigration from certain countries associated with terrorism. Jan 20, 2021: The Biden Administration announced a 100-day moratorium on deportations and immigration enforcement, effectively providing amnesty to criminal and other removable aliens and sending the signal the Biden Administration would not enforce the law. The Administration also announced interim immigration enforcement guidelines that signaled to illegal aliens that they do not have to worry about the possibility of deportation. Feb 1, 2021: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) implemented Acting Secretary Pekoske's policy requiring a new "process [that] shall provide for assessments of alternatives to removal including, but not limited to, staying or reopening cases, alternative forms of detention, custodial detention, whether to grant temporary deferred action, or other appropriate action." Feb 2, 2021: President Biden issued Executive Order (EO) 14010 and began processing asylum claims at the border. In the EO, the President also signaled an end to the Migrant Protection Protocols (which is known as "Remain in Mexico" or "MPP") while making other statements signaling an open border." We have been invaded and our citizens are needlessly dying, sometimes horribly, at the hands of these invaders. This does not even include the other crimes being committed, by individuals, organized gangs of illegals and the cartels. Nor does it include the drugs. What about a new 9/11!? So IMO this is an Ultramodern war. This is uncontrolled and a danger to all of us. Lastly, We all have theories as to why this is being allowed. But I do not understand why the victims and states the most impacted, have not launched lawsuits against our leaders and the governments of the sanctuary cities. Would not the leaders and their parties be accessories to the crimes. The judges who release those who commit the crimes. The people who give them sanctuary? IMO they knew the results of what they were doing and believed the sacrifice was worth the final results, whatever you believe that result might be. |

There is quite a lot of data piling up now on illegal alien numbers, crime rates, etc. it does not entirely support right wing talking points, some things we still aren't sure about. Of course there are a number of vicious crimes that would not have otherwise occurred. There is no excuse for the current state of border security. But we aren't going to know how to allot our resources solely from anecdotal news stories, no matter how bad. The problem with anecdotes is they draw all the attention, conclusions are made, and other data may be ignored. Here are a couple of well know criminologists trying to look at this. link Interesting about deportation. We have know for some time that this fear drives migrant behavior. Most try not to draw attention to themselves by committing crimes. The crime is illegal entry, not homicide and robbery. As I recall, the data from 2021 did not show much, if any increase, in migrant crime, following Biden taking office in that year. I would argue that any migrant crime is too much. We have more than enough trouble with US citizens committing crimes. If we can get accurate data, we can react accordingly. |

There is quite a lot of data piling up now on illegal alien numbers, crime rates, etc. it does not entirely support right wing talking points, some things we still aren't sure about. Lets just use your Common Sense. Common Sense says if you let 5 MILLION people enter America, about whom you know nothing except they broke the law to come into the country -- you're going to see increased crime, social costs and other issues. If we look at the past numbers we're talking about up to 25 MILLION people in the country illegally. Is that a safe and sane policy? Do you know their health status when they entered into our general population illegally? Could they have COVID? TB? Measles? Scarlet Fever? Polio? Dengue Fever? Do you know their criminal status? Are they escaping from the law back home? Are they part of an organized criminal gang? Are they terrorists? Are they perhaps sleeper agents for a hostile power? Did they commit crimes against others along the way? Do you know their education and work skills that could benefit the nation? Or are they unskilled low education laborers who can only do service work and manual labor, and who put pressure on social services and depress wages on the working class? No. You know none of that. We can play dueling statistics and this biased group says illegal aliens don't commit crimes at a higher rate than citizens, this other group says they do. Just do some searching – NPR says illegals are as honest as a Summer Day is long, FOX says they commit more crimes. The US Border Patrol says arrests for crimes are at an all time high. But what do they know. OK, so let's pretend that illegal aliens commit crimes at the same rate as the general population, which is that all crime is committed by about 2% of the population. So from 5M general illegal alien population that's 100,000 criminals. 100,000 criminals that shouldn't be in the United States. OR – if you prefer, let's use the 5 Million illegal aliens as a General Population for crime rates, we can anticipate the following number of totally preventable crimes: * 97,000 property crimes
* 70,000 larceny/thefts * 19,000 violent crimes * 14,000 auto thefts * 13,500 Burglary * 13,000 Aggravated Assault * 3,300 Armed Robbery * 2,000 Rapes * 315 Murder link |

How illegal aliens commit crime is beyond their crossing the border illegally … |
35thOVI  | 27 Feb 2024 6:41 a.m. PST |
I think there is confusion between the use of the word "migrant", by much of the MSM. Purposely to confuse people between legal immigration and illegal immigration. Legal immigrants probably commit very few crimes. Most come in with skills that make them quickly productive members of society. I don't know anyone who has issues with legal immigrants. We should increase the number. Illegals are another issue. Obviously they broke our laws coming in. Yes they commit crimes. There are way too many stories out there to doubt that this is not true. 5 million is a very low count. We have the official count, we have the known got aways and the unknown got aways. Been watching an interview at the border this morning, talking to 5 illegals who just crossed. One question, who was best for the illegals, the current president or the past president. Not one said the past president. Not the first time I have heard this question asked and always with the same answer. You can choose to disregard this, but he has 300,000 followers. I acknowledged that the first crime is illegal entry. Then I said we don't have all the data, but at least some of it is starting to be looked at. I guarantee you that this is critical for targeting resources to reduce violent crime and deporting illegals. I repeatedly have said that the border must be locked down as a matter of national security. We need stable security before we can sort the issues. No one is saying Border arrests aren't up. The number of refugees is historically high. I don't prefer….illegal migrants need more data parameters than the Gen pop. and the comparison is flawed, will not help identify bad guys in the illegals group. I distinguished between the act of entering legally, which is a crime right up front, and more violent crime in addition to entering. It has long been known that illegals fear deportation and stay below the radar, working low paying jobs, avoiding attention. By their very nature they are hard to track, gather data on. Try this on the street sometime. They are SNEAKING IN!! Not that hard right now. They do not want to GO BACK! But many may need to. Close the border and start figuring out who is who. On a big scale, pass a @#$&@#$bill. Have a data based plan for logistics not based on anecdotal reporting. |

Representative Porter. Maybe if it had been your child who was beaten so badly, her skull was caved in, your thought patterns might be different. But I know, it's not you or your family Katie. This is the attitude that so infuriates me. 🤬 (Rep. Katie Porter (D-Calif.) said Monday the "horrible" killing of a nursing student on the University of Georgia campus should not inform the entirety of U.S. immigration policy. "I think whenever we're dealing with violent crime, there is a sense of outrage, of sadness and loss," Porter, who's running for Senate in California, said during an interview on CNN's "Erin Burnett OutFront." "But I think the important thing to focus on is any one instance shouldn't shape our overall immigration policy, which has so many different facets, including economic choices about what workers to allow and how to create prosperity in America," she added.) don't prefer….illegal migrants need more data parameters than the Gen pop. and the comparison is flawed, will not help identify bad guys in the illegals group. What I did was a generous starting point to compare to general population because the Justice Department will not publish the data we need to make a better analysis. All we have are various sources that claim Illegals have the same crime rate as general population, and some articles claiming that up to 11% of the Illegal population commits crimes, which is 5x higher than general population. So if you want more accuracy, then here's your extra crimes caused by Illegals range: * 97,000 to 500,000 property crimes
* 70,000 to 350,000 larceny/thefts * 19,000 to 100,000 violent crimes * 14,000 to 70,000 auto thefts * 13,500 to 67,000 Burglary * 13,000 to 45,000 Aggravated Assault * 3,300 to 16,500 Armed Robbery * 2,000 to 10,000 Rapes * 315 to 1600 Murder Close the border and start figuring out who is who. On a big scale, pass a @#$&@#$bill. We don't need another bill. The system already has all the power and tools needed to close the border, review and deport people, etc. These tools are being willfully unused, and quite the reverse, all evidence points to the fact that the Biden Admin is helping organize and fund the mass Illegal Immigration flow coming into the US. |

| SBminisguy | 27 Feb 2024 12:53 p.m. PST |
A conspiracy too far for me, SB. What.The.Fr8ack. are you talking about? I'm using basic logic here, and I'm being really kind to the Illegals. THIS LINK gives you the crime stats per 100,000 people in general US population: link All I did was say: 1. "Hey, what would the this look like for a population of 5 Million people?" (the number who have entered the US illegally under the Biden Admin) 2. Divide 5,000,000 by 100,000 = 50 3. My multiplier is x50 for the base crime stats/100,000 pop 4. Multiply crime rate of Property Crimes = 1,954/100,000 x50 and you get 97,000 5. So a 5 Million population group will experience or see perpetrated some 97,000 property crimes. Basic Math. Basic Logic. And if you have a statistic that says Illegals commit "x% more" or "y% less" crimes on average, you can add that in. So the stat range I find is THE SAME (from NPR) up to 11% of Illegal Pop commits crime (FOX News). is NPR Right Wing? Not last time I looked! FOX, sort of. Bit now you have a range of x1 POP crimes/100,000 up to 5x POP crimes/100,000 Math. Logic. Common Sense. |

I was wrong about the number of illegal aliens the Biden Admin has enabled to enter the US -- the number will be 8 MILLION by this October. Oh, and Team Biden now calls them "Newcomers." It's clear this is a move to pack the US full of illegal aliens, use Biden's Executive Order to count them for the US Census to give Democrats more seats in the House of Representatives and more power, then legalize their status and bestow citizenship, and then use welfare payments, special treatment policies to secure their political loyalty and votes for generations. So all my crime stats were off. SB I cannot say I disagree. But my previous posts make that obvious IMO 1. This was an attempt to turn the border states blue, especially Texas. Abbott has done some things to stop that with busing. But NM and Arz? 2. Yes 100% to gain more seats by counting them in the census and of course save them in California, with all the legal citizens leaving. 3. Legalization and a new voting block. One to possibly replace the black vote which shows signs of declining. Make this group dependent on the government as well and beholden to those who allowed them in. At least "in theory". Of course this has the real potential of blowing up in all our faces. There is a fourth possibility and it has already been brought up in Congress by some, but I have to hope wiser minds may prevail. At least I have to hope. Yes, I know there are those who disagree, but I think we know the 8 million is low. We also know the number of illegals in this country in total, (this administration and previous), is probably at least 20 to 25 million. Take that, half that number and how many army divisions would that be if it were an invasion? In the last 3 days, (I saw the stats this morning) all known border entries totaled 7,000 a day! That is known only. Now we know coming here this way is "illegal" (yes they won't use that word). But there are various degrees of "legality" in our country. Don't believe me? Well try this. Come here illegally, what happens to you? Steal $900 USD of items in SF, what happens to you? Now try NOT paying your taxes… 😳 A few more for you. Greg Abbott's busing program, CBP has withheld from the Center — and apparently will not disclose — the names of the 43 U.S. airports that have received 320,000 inadmissible aliens from January through December 2023, nor the foreign airports from which they departed," a CIS report shared with Secrets said. New in its investigation is the administration's claims it is keeping the cities secret because it is concerned "bad actors" might "undermine law enforcement efforts to ‘secure the United States border' if they knew the volume of CBP One traffic processed at each port of entry," the center said, citing an email it received." We, the "taxpayers", the ones who paid for all this and the ones who will suffer, from crimes and potentially another 9/11 or worse, are not allowed to know what cities these illegals are flown to, or from where they come! How is that conceivably possible!!?? And this just over the TV: An illegal on the terror watchlist was arrested in Texas just before Biden and Trump went to Texas. I think that is 59 " caught" so far this year. 😔 |

Why? I don't get it -- why keep selling off the US oil and gas reserves? Why keep stressing the system with millions of illegal aliens who immediately pressure the welfare system and remove resources from US citizens (I have read reports of VA hospitals prioritizing illegals over veterans)?

Arghhhh !!! And this is not the first time they have taken from the strategic reserve in the last three years!! They did it before to try and make prices come down at the pump. This reserve they are not replacing? And think, if you do replace the reserve, you are paying today's inflated prices! I am sure the 34 plus trillion debt is partially to blame, which increases now by a trillion every 100 days. "Under a bill providing funding for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the fiscal year, a million barrels of the government's strategic reserve of petroleum would be sold off—the same amount as in the NGSR, which is located in New York Harbor, Boston, Massachusetts and South Portland, Maine.
"Upon the complete of such sale, the Secretary [of Energy] shall carry out the closure of the Northeast Gasoline Supply Reserve," the bill states, and "may not establish any new regional petroleum product reserve unless funding of the proposed regional petroleum product reserve is explicitly requested in advance in an annual budget." " How many billions are we wasting on all these illegals? Well here you go and I'm sure this is low.

Subject: Maine's Soros-Funded DA Will No Longer Charge Illegal Aliens for Some Traffic Violations – The Maine Wire Here in Cali -- and I can call it that as a life-long Californian, which to me symbolizes discontent rather than endearment -- an illegal alien caught on a DUI gets their car back. Legal residents? Nah. |
