Very evocative.
There was a popular drive-in movie theater near my house in the 60's – 70's. It was eventually abandoned. I went there in the 80's and took a look around. The screen was falling down, grass had grown tall around the speaker posts, the snack bar windows had been smashed, there were snips of film lying on the projection room floor. Didn't check out the restrooms, but they probably looked a lot like the nasty ones in those dioramas!
Good ol' Showtown U.S.A. Lots of nostalgia and melancholy there.
