I have been working on the 36 feet of post and rail fences that I will need for the Emmitsburg Road in my 54mm Pickett's Charge game for Little Wars and Historicon. I have done a fence tutorial on my blog that readers might find helpful.

I should add that the stone walls with wood rails are plastic moulded pieces from Classic Toy Soldier Company (CTS). All I did was was to paint and dry brush them.

Wish I saw this sooner! Spent many days making fences from scratch. This would be fine for 25mm. If anything they would be the right height.

They might be commercial but the effect you have achieved looks very good.to my eye.

Excellent – I'll give it a shot for our 54mm MacPherson ridge game at the Carronade (Falkirk) show in May. There's some pics on our FB group page 'S.P.I.T. Wargames'.
