Hello all, I'm looking at completely rewriting my reviews and figure comparisons posts over on KeepYourPowderDry. I hope to have a fully comprehensive listing of all ranges currently (& recently) available, with side by side pictures for both foot and cavalry. As '15mm' is such a wide spectrum of physical size (I've worked it out to cover 15mm all the way upto 21mm) the true 15mm end of the category is easy as I can just dip into my spares box. I've slowly been buying up samples, and had a few donations of figures (in exchange for a few sprues of Warlord Epic samples) from ranges I am unlikely to use. But I'd really like a little bit of help, sourcing figures. My pockets are only so deep. Khurasan and Testudo are unlikely to feature in my posts without donations – I'm not shelling out £30.00 GBP to source 2 foot and 2 cavalry figures (having to buy 4 packs of figures, and then almost doubling the cost with postal charges). If you have any of the following in your spares piles, sitting doing nothing, and unlikely to ever be used I would really appreciate any donations. * Blue Moon – 1 cavalry figure * Khurasan – 1 foot, 1 cavalry * Testudo – 1 foot, 1 cavalry * Warrior – 1 foot, 1 cavalry * Jacobite – 1 foot, 1 cavalry The following are a bit easier for me to source; but, again, if you have any lurking, surplus to requirements I'd be very grateful for any donations * Mick Yarrow – 1 foot, 1 cavalry * Lancashire – 1 foot, 1 cavalry * Gladiator (were Black Hat, now sold by 15mm.co.uk) – 1 foot, 1 cavalry * Freikorps – 1 foot, 1 cavalry If you can help in any way, please get in touch via the contact form over at keepyourpowderdry.co.uk |

Will you be including Steel Fist and Eureka in your review? |

Have you tried asking the manufacturers themselves? If you've already set up comparison photos of what you have as an example they might, for the cost of postage alone, provide some free samples. At the worst they can only say no. |

My current posts already have Peter Pig, Steel Fist, Magister Militum, Naismith, Essex, Museum, Blue Moon foot, Lancer, Eureka, some Freikorps, Donnington, Matchlock ,and Epic. As for asking – already have, and been told 'no' or had no response. This crowd sourcing attempt comes after buying a pack of Blue Moon figures for £7.00 GBP, when I only wanted 1 figure. Madness, unsustainable and very wasteful. |

UPDATE: Blue Moon and Khurasan now sourced, thanks to a kind donation. Can anyone help with any of the other ranges? |

The scope of my comparison is the Wars of the Three Kingdoms (or ECW in old money). Irregular don't make a W3K/ECW range. There are a couple of packs that might be suitable in their Renaissance range, but not enough to include them in my comparison. |
