Found this company on the web, and they have some plastic models at great prices. Has anybody ever purchased from them? How did the transaction go? |

Yes, I have. Avoid them like the plague. Their service and shipping record is spotty and if you contact them about an order the second time, they have their phone go to voicemail and they do not return the voicemail. They shorted me several times on orders blaming hurricanes on their tardiness on orders or blaming someone else in their group for not following through on orders. After that they stopped taking my calls. Overall, their service sucks, so find someone else. You have been warned. |
