Looks good, Not got Apple TV so can't see it and I doubt it will ever get a physical release either. |

I've watched the first two episodes (next drops Friday). Very well done. The first bombing mission was intense. Even the wife likes it. Very much in a similar vein as Band of Brothers and The Pacific. |

I don't have Apple TV. Will have to enjoy vicariously through those who do. I did get to see Greyhound through a friend's temporary subscription and it was good, though intense. |

I watched the first episode. I thought it was well done. Good acting and writing. However, there is nothing really new here. If you have watched Memphis Belle or Twelve O'Clock High, you have seen much of what is shown here. I also had a tough time figures out all the characters. Most are men with dark hair and moustaches. Felt like everyone was a major. In combat everyone had their air masks on so hard to know who is who. I am sure this will become easier as the show goes on. But I liked it and will for sure watch the entire series. |

🤔 should not be so many mustaches. Although around, they were not as common as WW1 and Vietnam. Seems to somewhat skip generations. |

I enjoyed it quite a bit -- think of putting Band of Brothers, The Pacific and "12 O'clock High" (the early series and the movie) in a blender and spinning out a series about WWII bombers. |

These "Exclusive only on XYZ" makes me wonder what would it it be like if if you had to have a Paid Membership to your local Library to go in to check out a book to read. I would gladly pay just to watch a single show, but have no interest in anything else. Kim |

Kim, Most of the steam services offer a one week free trial. Wait until Masters of the Air is done and then order Apple for a week and binge watch the series. |

My opinion….Some of the best CGI ever on this topic, although Forts are very flammable in this. A fair amount of plot and scenes adapted from 12 OClock High (the movie) so far. acting is not bad, dialogue okay. The real attraction here are the missions, prep, mechanics, aircraft procedures and interiors, battle damage. Well worth a watch if not quite the equal of Brothers and Pacific just yet. |

Thanks again. Tort as I said before, I talked with quite a few WW2 bomber crews , including the late Captain Morgan of the "Belle". I asked them all what the most realistic movie of the air war was. Hands down, "12 O'Clock High" was what they said. |

My dad a ball turret and my uncle, a navigator, both agreed with that, 35th. I think it was because it was about the pressure of continuous, intense combat and how people really reacted- in other words, not Hollywood. It captured the stress of command and command relationships – still shown at service academies. It showed the human elements of war. |
