"In 1940, when the German army was invading cities in Europe, the "Sea Lion Project" that crossed the English Channel and landed on the British Isles was also being planned. There were not enough transport ships. In order to solve this problem, Germany developed the Siebel Ferry. Although this equipment was not used to land in the UK, it was used extensively in the subsequent wars and developed into floating anti-aircraft turrets and fire support ships…"

If you play "Cruel Seas" for any length of time, you become very familiar with this small vessel. It can pack quite a punch with 2 88's.

Some of the pictures even showed versions with 4 x 88mm, although arc of fire would limit what you could bring to bear I suspect.
