I was wondering about that, nickinsomerset. Could they be used as peasants in the early 1920s, particularly out in whatever is Russian for "boondocks?"

Yep, hunt down French, Germans, witches, vampires, Reds, etc. The later you get, the more "Fiddler on the Roof" caps you will see, but I think these will still work just fine.
