The fate of two worlds hang in the balance, in this 125 Space Weirdos skirmish battle.

Aged hero Jack Burton has reunited with timeless ally Egg Shen. The duo investigated a disturbance at the San Francisco docks, leading an alliance of good against the malevolent Shattered Glass Optimus Prime and his evil robot Necrons. The dock-themed terrain added complexity to the battle, with shipping containers providing cover.

Neat game. Where are those shipping containers from?

Jack would have needed a six-demon bag, with wind, fire, and all that kind of thing!
Nice write up.

The shipping containers are from the local Daiso Japan store here. Daiso is mainly on the west coast, and is a unique store -- similar to a dollar store, but really only sells goods from China and Japan. They are mainly focused on household items such as kitchenware and cleaning products, but they also sell those shipping crates and the pipes shown in the picture. I have no idea why they sell those shipping crates, but they are located in a strange miniatures section, where they have trucks, shipping containers, pipes, and other weird global shipping items. They are not a great scale – somewhere around 20 or 25mm maybe (?), but passable for 28mm.

Someone should talk to the harbor master and the head of logistics about port and container logistics.

They just opened two Daiso stores in Phoenix. Didn't see the shipping containers when I went, but I have a feeling stock changes quickly at these stores – will have to go drop back in this week.

It is a very feast or famine regarding finding the shipping containers. I did a DAISO-QUEST one night and visited six Daiso stores around the Puget Sound region, searching for those containers and came up empty. Then a few weeks later, hit one store and they had tons. Very hit or miss. Good luck!
