Dave Manley's Splendid Little War.

Currently it's the Mantic Games fantasy variation of Black Seas, "Armada," or for historicals just "Black Seas".

I really like 'Follow the Admiral's Wake" for AWI and Napoleonic sail.

Starting to get into 'Mad for War' for the Anglo-Dutch late 17th Century stuff.

GQ III/FAI for WW II and I. Haven't found any for earlier periods that really make me happy.
