Is that a Scorpion light tank in the background of the shot captioned "United Kingdom"? Are they still in use?

That does seem to be a scorpion, though missing the tracks, so it must be decommissioned. If it was in use it would be a Scimitar; though they were all supposed to be gone last year, that's not how phasing things out works!
