Hi
I cannot recall the name of a tv series which was I think from the 80s or late 70s – it was french and seemed to be about some french soldiers through the period. I havent seen any english translations of it but nevertheless wanted to show it to someone.

Does anyone here know what I am referring to?

I read Coignet's book last year.
It was readable and informative.

Good post. I wonder if subtitles will work? Worth a view anyway.

Just did a search. There are quite few on offer to watch. I'll never get my unread mountain of books down now! LOL
