79th anniversary of the Berlin Fall.

We went down to Entoyment in Poole and played some PBI games.
We played 8 games. am and pm.
8 players plus visitors.
A fine day of gaming.

Overall the German team won.
All the companies were either Russian or German and based on 1944 Architect lists.
The tall buildings were there to represent Berlin type high rise apartments.

Very few tanks in play due to the amount of buildings and cover on the tables.

There will be more days like this in 2024 if anyone fancies joining in. You will be made welcome.

A fine day out for all.

It's impressive that the German team emerged victorious despite the challenges posed by the terrain and limited tank usage due to the abundance of buildings and cover on the tables. The use of tall buildings to represent Berlin-style high-rise apartments adds a realistic touch to the gameplay and enhances the overall experience.

Now I've got a strong urge to play PBI again! Always enjoy those rules!

Say, besides the 1980s obscure musical Berlin reference in the subject line…those buildings seem rather Physical Graffiti.
