..That brings back memories of skateboarding in a park while the stereo in a van parked nearby blasted "Sweet Leaf" by Black Sabbath!

Stoners have art?

Stoners have art?

C'mon chill out, man. That quasi-judgmental tone is pushing to harsh our buzz.

You may never have like hung out with artists or studied art history but like experimentation with perception and reality is kind of their bag. Like the pointillists learned stuff from drinking absinthe, for like just a single example from history. And let's not get started on abstract expressionism and psychedelic art from the middle of the last century.

Some of my own more interesting miniatures painting was done under the influence during my misspent youth. Kind of miss it now, but my livelihood requires a good short-term memory and constant analytical thinking so, like, I'll have to wait 'til I retire to fire up papers or a pipe again.

The scale of the work here is a little big for our purposes. It might work for the original G.I. Joe and other 1:6 figures.

Yeah, I'm feelin' it. Oberlindes Sol LIC, I think you're on to something, dude. For me it's all about creativity, and like, seeing the world in a different way. A lot of great visual artists and musicians got some far out ideas while in altered states. I am retired and ya got me thinking about maybe a road trip to Colorado (to dig the positive vibes).

Cheers!

LOL – I'll pass. I've seen far too many stoners in their 20s or 30s living with their parents and only looking forward to their next high. Plus, I can't stand the smell of ganja. To each his own.
