More pics at the link 28mm conversion/kitbash based on an old Warhammer zombie with various bits. He's got a shield generator from spaceship wired into him. Size comparison with Raging Heroes Jailbird, Primaris Marine, and Victoria Miniatures Highlander.

I think Djane looted the shield generator from a crashed ship and is schlepping it to a place where he can sell it.
