Which of the 15mm late 17th century Irregular minis are the best sculpts? Or are they all high quality?

Essex are very nice. Old Glory 15 also have slightly larger nice figure.

I haven't seen any of the Irregular Miniatures range for the late 17th century although most Irregular sculpts in 15mm are consistently "decent" in my opinion.

Khurasan do very good, and expanding, late C16th range. I know that's not what you asked but if thinking of doing that period you ought to look at them.

Also Peter Pig has an English Civil War range that looks very good.

IMO the Irregular Miniatures LoA range has always been one of that company's best sculpted. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use it were I hypothetically (it will never happen in reality) investing in armies for the period in 15mm, however, the Pendraken 10mm range is excellent, so I might instead make a first diversion into the smaller size.

I like the Irregular Miniatures 15mm late 17th century range. Khurasan also has a marvelous range that are quite compatible in size with the Irregular figs, at least as far as infantry goes. I like infantry units of Irregular and Khurasan, (not sure how they would look mixed in the same unit). The exception here is the Irregular drummer and artillery figures. I didn't have good luck with their faces. The Khurasan drummers and artillery figures on the other hand, are wonderful. For cavalry , I prefer Khurasan. For size comparison check out this link:
