Trying to download their free rules but keep getting a "Failed. You do not have permission to download this PDF."
Does anyone have any ideas why this is not working? |

In case anyone else ever has this problem I went back in and found a link called "Beginners" and that lead me to the same Rules but they downloaded fine. |
