Has anyone bought Relic? Basically Talisman but produced in a WH40K themed universe. Since I played Talisman back in the day (late 80's) I fancied getting the 4th edition. Which of course is out of stock everywhere I've looked (UK). So came across this Relic version and fancied giving it shot.

I have it. If you like Talisman, you will enjoy Relic. It really is Talisman only in the Warhammer 40k universe. Less tongue and cheek and more grim dark.

Cool, thanks T.

Arrived and looks good from an initial glance. Bit more to it than original Talisman but nothing too heavy. Figures are nice, just a shame that they are top half only and not full figures.

You can fix that, you know ..?

Not a chance! I go as far as sticking some extra stowage on my tanks. Thats about the extent of my modelling skills :-)

Although back in my 40k days I did cut off the axe a model had to replace it with a ForgeWorld one.

Yep, it looked terrible!

I meant you could replace the busts with actual 40K figures. That's what my wife's cousin did.

Ah, I see. Well that's a much more realistic proposition! :-)

Shame I sold over a 1,000 of them years ago….
