I just finished this famous 1912 novel by the creator of Sherlock Holmes. It remains an engrossing read though over 100 years old. It certainly is the most influential novel featuring dinosaurs. It has 2 movies and TV programs based on it, besides serving as inspiration for numerous productions where modern humans meet dinosaurs.

Yep, it's a good read. It is probably time for me to look at it again.

It is a ripping yarn. At some points even a bit tense.

I have it on audiobook and enjoy listening to it from time to time.

Was it Doyle who also did the one about the German U-Boat that ends up with dinosaurs?
