Looking for skirmish rules where one figure equals one man.
Want something were figures take wounds. Nothing super complicated. Thanks

Try Battleground WW2. It's an old set of rules but I enjoyed them very much. Each figure gets two actions,move-move, Shoot-move ect. The wounds were; Light wounds, heavy wounds, kill, or the oh so popular Gory death. Battleground has a new set called Battleground HD, I have the rules but haven't played it yet.

Chain of command, although only leaders take wounds.

I guess I have to put in a plug for my "go to" set: Arc of Fire. The figure wound aspect is in there, though it is an optional rule.

Combat Patrol. Fast moving and results shown on a card. Very easy to learn. Most importantly- They are fun!

I realized I misspoke about wounds in AoF. Figures being wounded is a basic rule. Delineations of wounds (e.g. light, heavy, etc.) is the optional rule.
