Was there ever any errata or FAQ documents published for these? I have the Striker II errata, but can't seem to find anything for the ones listed above.

There was errata and rules updates (and vehicle stats updates) in the old Command Post newsletters and then also in the Command Post Quarterly magazines (CPQ) which replaced the newsletters. As far as I know there is no online resource for these – you have to get hard copies second hand. Noble Knight used to have some in their Command Decision section under GDW. The CD-TOB website used to have lots of rules clarifications and Q&As but they crashed and have not managed to restore it yet (and it seems it may never get restored as it has been some time since it went down)

Of course the other answer is to move to CD4 (Command Decision: Test of Battle). Streamlined and fewer things to track on the table.
