Depends on the subject. I'm a fantasy guy, so that alters what I look at.

I have some Copplestone Castings 10mm fantasy which are superb. Just enough detail to be interesting, not so much that they can't be painted. They're probably the overall best in my collection.

I also have Kallistra, Eureka, and GW (both Warmaster and the smaller Battle of Five Armies line).
Kallistra are a little bit larger and less detailed than the others, but look fine on the table.
Eureka is a great source for unique fantasy types— I have their "Wood Trolls" as Ents.
GW's nominal 10mm line is no longer in production, but the figures are excellent. The Warmaster stuff is larger and heavily detailed (probably more than necessary, as one might expect with GW). The Bo5A line is on the small side, and less detailed, but easy to paint. Unfortunately, some lines can be fragile, especially cavalry with extended spears and lances.

My preference is for strips over individual minis (Warmaster being my preferred rule system), so that's what I seek out, if I can find it.

For WWII there is now Victrix with a high quality range but limited and a bit expensive except for the infantry.
For Fantasy what Parzival said plus 3d printed models.

The Pendraken 10mm AWI figures sculpted by the occasional TMP poster Clibanarium, albeit a mm or two bigger than most Pendrakens IIRC, are not only the best 10mm sculpts I've even seen, they are better than the majority of 15mm figures and lots of 25/28mm figures.

With that said, Sho Boki's figures, based on the photos as I've not seen them in person, are as nice as the Pendraken figures I've seen excepting only Clibanarium's 10mm AWI figures. The only flaw I see in Boki's 10mm figures is the limited coverage, so it would be nice if someone would do a size and detail comparison between Boki's figures and Pendrakens for the Napoleonic Wars.

These days one should not leave out 3d printed figures!

Although scale can be changed certain sculpts are designed to work best in a certain scale. Henry Turner has a range of Napoleonics designed to be printed in 6mm and 10mm or WL Epic 13.5mm scale. He has a line for 1815 and 1806. David Fernandez's sculpts rival AB and size to 10mm. (NapoleonicStlfiles).

Napoleon OTW: You may not know it but Darkhorsehobby.com carries Pendraken for the USA. He is out of Kansas. With their discount and shipping plans, you will probably get your orders quicker (they show on-hand stock balances) but may even save a few Scheckel's in the process. Pendraken will raise their prices on 1 Jan 2024.

I am a very happy Dark Horse Hobbies customer!

Tom; your link to Dark Horse doesn't work for me. This one, however, does:

You're welcome Tom; BTW, thanks for the mention of Dark Horse as I wasn't aware of them.

Just to chime in with a few thoughts…
1) Thanks for mentioning us Tom!

2) Our online inventory is about as real-time as it gets, and we do inventory audits periodically to ensure that what you see on the website is as correct as humanly possible.

3) We ship everything via USPS Priority Mail, though we are now beginning to carry larger (and heavier) products that will trigger dimensional weight or will not fit into the flat rate boxes, so shipping costs to us are in flux – though we still have FREE Shipping to our customers at $50 USD for almost everything!

4) $9.99 USD is our flat shipping rate for orders under $50. USD

This year we've expanded into a number of new brands with more coming in 2024!
