Here are a few pictures of my GHQ Terrain Maker Winter terrain in 1/295th scale.

I did this project over 20 years ago and set up a layout on Thanksgiving day to see how it looked after several years. It is still in excellent shape. I now realize that I need to add a few more pieces such as frozen fields, winter buildings, bridges for the streams and river and maybe some woods with dormant deciduous trees.

Very nice! I can get 2 or 3 hexes done then loose consciousness with the tedium!

Looks good. Maybe a "Battle of the Bulge" scenario.
