Looking at my surfers, they have these obvious badly placed rings. I'll need to fill them. Suggestions on what to fill with? |

Durham's water putty, plaster, acrylic caulking (probably your best bet… ;-) |

Any epoxy putty should work: JB Weld, Green Stuff, etc. Hot Glue will work, as well. Press kitchen parchment paper against the figure to smooth it -- virtually nothing will stick to it. Hot Glue may be challenging, but it will adhere to the plastic quite well. Cheers! |
