That was the first Doctor Who i ever saw.I didn't know what the hell i was watching but i enjoyed it and became a fan.

Yes Genesis keeps doing well in polls but this one didn't give many specific options, and certain of those aren't obvious contenders. His 2nd series was a strong one with much plundering of Hammer Horror.. A mention for City of Death, when they blew a huge part of the budget filming in Paris.

Key to time should be broken up, for this purpose. Horns of nimon was one of my first, full circle probably. I just read member minotaurs in a base and swamp men coming out of the water. Am watching through his run at the moment, haven't seen eps not broardcast in 2000s. Like destiny. My pics, terror of the zygons, robots of death, yes Genesis. I know I'm forgetting something.

Genesis of the Daleks was a good story and a great introduction to the Dr. Who universe. It is certainly in the top five Tom Baker stories. Terror of the Zygons would be another. The first two Tom Baker seasons were consistently pretty good.
