" Apparently in the Star Wars universe that doesn't narrow it down, but for me I mean Tatooine, there are many bits of scenery I would like for this planet, but first today I have a couple of Tusken Raider huts, this increases my number to 3 for the moment, but I will probably do more later on so I can have a big encampment for them, so why suddenly do these, well my daughter ordered me some more Tusken's as a thank you, so thought it would be a good idea to work on their scenery in readiness for them to arrive…"

I helped an astrophysicist build some simulation software once, and I asked about planetary systems with multiple suns. He laid out some of the basic math and said, basically, you can't get a planet in a stable orbit (no orbits are "stable", but lasting a few billion years). It has to be far enough out that the stars just look more like big stars rather than the size of a "sun" and you have a few hundred years orbit.
Or you get an oblique with a hundred or so year orbit, like the path of a comet but bigger and some conditions very inhospitable to life.

I still like multi star systems in my sci fi.
