They look great. That's one or two years worth of work for me.

A bunch?
That is quite a bit more than a "bunch"!
Very nicely done.

That is a massive amount of work, well done.
Certainly would be a few years worth for me.

They look first class. How do you do it so quickly? Is your middle name Gandalf?

Gunner Dunbar Supporting Member of TMP29 Nov 2023 2:29 p.m. PST

My name could be "the grey" but missing the Gandalf part.

evilgong29 Nov 2023 5:51 p.m. PST

That would be 2-3 years work for me.

Those look really great! AB 15mm/ 18mm miniatures? I'm thinking of getting a few for the same period. Currently, I'm painting 15mm WSS so it will be a while before I get to my Austerlitz period figures. I especially like the way your bicorne Russians came out. I have 15mm Minifigs bicorne Russians and I'm hoping that the AB figures will not look too large in a unit next to them.

Cheers!

Hmm, there's something appealing about minifigs, but they do not mix well with AB.

Hi Gunner,

My strategy is to keep them in separate units. The goal is to have some AB bicorne French battalions for the Austerlitz period. I know AB will be taller than my Minifigs but I just can't resist the charm of Barton sculpted figures. I also have many Battle Honors figures but they are quite compatible with Minifigs and not as tall as the ABs. Sadly, few manufacturers make 15mm bicorne French that have that "Austerlitz" look.

Cheers!

Gallo
