Hemmingstedt (my spelling error in title). It happened in 1500, so medieval or Renaissance?
You choose!

Definitely Renaissance.

Though due to the forces playable as medieval, too.

Though as a battle not that interesting tactically as the invading army restricted itself to a single road through marshy terrain and marched directly into a fortified roadblock. The peasants could move left and right, the Landsknechts hardly and the knights not at all. The decision fell in the early engagement, when the Landsknechts failed to break through and then the army was flanked.

There is a pretty good book that has some OOBs for the Landsknechts from original enrolling lists.

In a gaming scenario you would need the villages and roads to show the strategical aspect. Otherwise its one pitched battle.
