Recently ordered 3 of Stoessi's Heroes from Great Escape Games for collection from Warfare by some mates, and when they arrived home realised that one of the figures was incorrect. Email sent to Great Escape at 1pm, got a dispatch email 10 mins later and replacement figure arrived at my door the next morning.
