All, I noted a fan made Horus Heresy List for OPR on their site. On it, the creator mentions "Legion Doctrines" can be applied across all units. However, I can't seem to find these doctrines' rules anywhere. Anyone familiar with OPR site tell me where to find them, or if the creator even made them? Thanks much,
