link Diamond Gang Successfully Heists Dutch Schultz's Booze Convoy! The Dutch Schultz gang was heading south from the Canadian border with roadster and truck load of booze, real booze, not the cheap stuff!. The trip so far was going smoothly, rolling steadily through the Catskills in Greene County New York, heading towards a rendezvous with more of the gang at Gipson's Roadhouse. But the gang that "owned" this turf was the Legs Diamond gang, and they got wind of this booze run thru their home turf! They had it all, the route, the timing and two perfect places to ambush their rivals. |
