I like your island scenery. As for Galleys and Galleons, I bought it, read and ran thru a playtest of the mechanics but I wasn't a fan. |

I rather like the rules. They work best with players commanding 2-3 ships each. Some minor tweaks to taste can be in order! |

I am torn between semi liking it and disliking it due to the activation system. I have never liked the all or nothing activation system, which makes no sense to me whatever. Black Powder put me off immediately for the fireworks display as some units moved 3 times, and for no good reason others did nothing. I respect some folks do like these games, but I am definitely not one of them! I am so looking forward to getting Oathmark up and running Even though it has the Activation system, but if you fail, you still get to do a simple manoeuvre or shoot (slightly less well). |
