As its that time of year where Wargamers/modellers oftren have to provide ideas for a relative as to a Christmas present I've just read the Roman Imperial Armour D. Sim and J. Kaminski. Its very well presented and written, for a very technical subject it reads very well. Gave me lots of info I didnt know I needed to know and up turned a few assumptions I had. Though specifically dealing with Roman armour the points it makes apply far more widely. Highly recomended. L |
